Event Management & Control System (EMCS)

PACOM EMCS, an event management and control system, provides a highly scalable security infrastructure solution which can be installed from a single server to multiple servers in various locations. It is capable of securely connecting multiple devices (including existing PACOM Base Station and TransIT hardware) and applications with a distributed network of sites (Controllers) or third-party monitoring systems. It can utilize multiple communications channels for redundancy and to utilize message routing based on lowest cost.

PACOM EMCS provides alarm and message gathering and routing by collecting data from sites and forwarding them to monitoring systems, such as PACOM GMS and third-party systems. Similarly, commands from monitoring equipment are sent through the PACOM system. The system supports proprietary PACOM messaging protocols and industry-standard Contact ID format messages.
