Remote Managed Security Services

Pacom Systems works with a number of leading Security Monitoring Stations world-wide to deliver remote managed services within Access Control, Alarm and Video.

Based on 25 years of industry experience and built on IP communication from the ground, the Pacom solution is valued for its high reliability.

With Pacom's powerful system functions and remote management capabilities, you are able to effectively retain and acquire clients to your Security Monitoring Station.

Retain your customers

We have developed a range of features such as video verification and door prop that have the ability to reduce a customer's false alarm rate.

The GMS Web client enables you to offer options for customers to manage their own cardholder database and run activity reports based on demand.

The client will experience a trouble free security solution with limited system disruptions or site visits, as you as an operator are able to upgrade the field controllers and, automatically test and service the system remotely.

The scalability of the system allows your clients to seamlessly grow from one site with a few doors to thousands of doors and locations.

Effectively acquire new Customers

With Pacom's flexible solution you will be able to effectively acquire new customers. At installation the time at clients' premises will be reduced, as configuration of the new site can be done remotely and by using standard templates.

Special modes and schedules for cleaners and service providers provide trouble free operation with arm/disarm by card, auto-rearming options and temporary card and PIN codes.

Installation and wiring is also simplified with access control and alarm tightly integrated on the same field controller board and the support for wireless sensors.

Pacom's open architecture approach allows your customers to utilize existing investments in card readers, DVR's and alarm panels. The system can talk with building automation appliances through either Modbus or BACnet allowing e.g. a card swipe in a door to turn on the light on the same floor or an alarm to be sent if a building appliance fault occurs. The Pacom system further allows integration towards the major third party Alarm Automation Software products.

"Pacom equipment and technology have proven to be durable and robust providing a global solution supporting our future needs for access control and loss prevention."
