Pacom Systems appoints VP of Global Services

Pacom Systems , a leading provider of innovative remote managed security solutions, today announced the appointment of Mats Bergh as Vice President Global Services, from 1st August 2008. Mats will be based in Niscayah's Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden. Mats will be responsible for setting up Pacom's new Global Services and Support function. This will involve formulating new policies and strategies to optimize responsiveness to internal and external customers' questions and support requirements. Mats comes to Pacom Systems from Sun Microsystems where he has held position of Partner Manager â?? Technical Solutions Centers, North Europe. Pacom Systems Chief Executive, Magnus Jonsson, believes this strategic appointment will pave the way toward a sound support structure. "We are extremely pleased to welcome Mats to Pacom Systems and particularly value the vast experience of managing a support team that he will bring into how we leverage the abundance of knowledge and experience in our support organization" said Jonsson.
