Pacom's Customer Care Program (CCP) uses extensive technical expertise to check your security system and to help reap its full benefits. Our CCP provides you with peace of mind, knowing that your system is performing as it is configured to do and ultimately lets your staff concentrate on their key areas.
Site Audit reports produced through the CCP suggests areas of improvement for further efficiency and makes appropriate recommendations to perform upgrades or updates of the complete system.
The Customer Care Program is an annual service consisting of the following services and options available:
- Site audits
- GMS upgrades (3 year minimum)
- GMS upgrade installations
- Firmware upgrade installations.
