Customer Care Program
Pacom's Customer Care Program uses extensive Pacom technical expertise to check your system and to help reap the full benefits of your security system. Pacom's Customer Care Program provides you with peace of mind, knowing that your system is performing according to what it's configured to do and ultimately lets your staff concentrate on their key areas.
The Site Audit Report produced out of the program suggests improvement areas for further system efficiency and makes appropriate recommendations to perform upgrades or updates of the complete system.
The Customer Care Program is an annual service consisting of the following services and options available:
- Site Audits
- GMS Upgrades (3 year minimum)
- GMS Upgrade Installations
- Firmware Upgrade Installations
